It is situated in the old part of the town on the quiet and calm 4 Chitalishtna street, surrounded by many houses and buildings with historical and cultural significance such as Konaka, where in 1879 the Constituent assembly was in session and the first Bulgarian Constitution - The "Tarnovo Constitution" - was adopted; the prison-museum; the regional historical museum; the archaeology museum; "Nadejda" cultural club; The Cathedral temple "Rojdestvo Bogorodichno" etc. The historical fortress "Tsarevets" is situated immediately next to the hotel. The square in front of the fortress provides an incredible view towards the three hills - "Tsarevets", "Trapezitsa" and "Sveta Gora".
